Positive: Service not received, paid for nothing Negative: Everything

Good location and amenities, but the stench in Room number 2 and the dirty carpet spoilt it. Positive: Location was very good, the actual amenities in the house were good, good kitchen and common living space Good communication with host to help get there Negative: Despite the bed being clean, the carpet was filthy and had not been vacuumed - there was a chunk of hair right in the middle of the carpet when I arrived. Worst of all, the room stunk - strongly - presumable of body odour from the last client as there were no windows you could open in the room I had. I couldn't get rid of the smell all night. I know it was a bargain price, but a quick hoover and aerating the room would have not taken that long to do.

Positive: 😭 Negative: The window was cracked, draught coming in.
