Quadruple Room in King's Cross

Positive: Location

Would not stay again. Positive: Proximity to Kings Cross. We were allowed to drop off our luggage before check in. Negative: Could use some TLC with upkeep. Light in shared WC did not work.

Avoid this dirty place Positive: Bed was clean. Negative: The whole flat was disgusting, filthy ( except for the bed which was clean). The kitchen was full of rubbish. Mail piled up on top of mwave. Tumbler dryer dumped on middle of the kitchen, which blocked acces to fridge. Fridge wasn't switched on anyway and was filthy. Advertised as own bathroom but this wasnt true. There was one bathroom in the flat but there were 4 rooms sharing it. It too was filthy. Couldn't make up my mind whether to put my feet on the filthy floor ir the equally filthy bath mat. Mop was left in bathroom and was filthy. Dirty wash rag had been left hanging over pipe. Radiator was rusty. So, basically everything was horrible.

Good location, typical prices for location, poor interiors Positive: Closeness to St Pancras station Negative: Not as good as it looked in photographs, minimal fixtures, fittings and decor worn and tired

Pleasant Stay Positive: The property is in a prime location next to St Pancras and surrounded by plenty of amenities. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the property, being cleaned daily. The host was very accommodating and communicated throughout.
