This room was not just slightly unclean; it was a major hygiene hazard, and I was genuinely shocked by the state of the accommodation. The room smelled absolutely foul upon entering. The main problem centered around the sleeping conditions: the bed sheets were visibly used and dirty, indicating they had not been changed from the previous guest. Beyond the sheets, the actual bed frame was covered in mold, which is a severe health concern. I was forced to use my own jacket as a barrier on the bed just to feel somewhat comfortable enough to rest, as I refused to sleep directly on the used linen. The bathroom was equally appalling. It was universally filthy and disgusting. To make matters worse, there was used underwear left abandoned on the floor. This detail alone highlights a complete and total failure of basic cleaning standards and quality control at this property. In summary, this was a repulsive and unacceptable experience. Could do so much better. Positive: Location, convenience, low price. Negative: Very small toilet. Black mold on tiles in the shower room. Room could make use of an electric fan. It's too warm. Bed is springy.

Awful. Positive: Comfortable beds..not that we could sleep well though ! Negative: Awful ringing sound kept us up all night. Needs to be sorted out asap !

Positive: Localization: near to the underground station and train station. Super easy to get everywhere in London Negative: Everything: the apartment was dirty. Microwave and oven was covered with grease. Bathroom and toilet was for everyone ( which was not mentioned before) and not very clean. I would rather say that it was extremely dirty, especially in the shower where you can see a place covered with mold. Our room was very small considering that we were there in 4. It was almost impossible to function there normally for one week. The room inside was dirty and disgusting. All of the walls had some sort of stains, windows never cleaned I guess. The lamps covered with the dust. The instruction sent to enter the apartment also was not very clear to understand as you need to pass 2 entrances to finally arrive to your place. The neighborhood is not safe at all at the evening or night time. I do not recommend to stay here. There are many other better places to sleep in London.
