Triple Bedroom in Central London

Positive: Was nice room, very basic, good for one night stay Negative: When entered room didn't smell very nice, damp musty smell like hadn't been aired in a while, had to buy air freshener to spray in room

Poor Experience – Booked for 7 People, Split into Different Flats! Positive: The location was decent and close to key transport links, which is about the only positive thing I can say. Negative: We booked 3 rooms for a group of 7 people (including children), expecting to be accommodated in the same flat. Instead, we arrived to discover the rooms were spread across different flats — something we were never informed about during booking. To make matters worse, two of the rooms had exposed electrical wires sticking out of the walls, right next to the beds. This is a blatant health and safety risk, especially with kids involved. When we raised our concerns, the host was dismissive, offered no solution, and refused a refund. We were also made to share a kitchen with strangers and jump between flats just to stay together as a family. This stay was uncomfortable, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com, as this property should not be listed without proper safety checks and clear communication around room arrangements.

Positive: bien situé au niveau de la ville et tout à proximité, lit confortable. Negative: Chambre pas du tout comme sur les photos, aucune modernité. Nous avions une chambre pour 3, les lits étaient hyper serrer, très difficile de passage à 3. chambre mal organiser, prise de branchement mal situé. nous avions une porte fenêtre avec une terrasse, la terrasse était tout cassé donc pas de table ni de chaises. Il faisait hyper froid dans la chambre car le jour passait entre le mur et la porte donc de l’air en continue. Nous sommes réveiller par les travaux réaliser dans le logement, odeur de produit du genre peinture… mais hyper fort et hyper dur à respirer. ne parlons du mal à trouver l’appart, le gps nous emmène au mauvais endroit en pleine nuit. petite bête retrouver dans le lit d’une amie et s’est fait piqué. et l’annonce n’est pas assez clair pour dire que la cuisine et la salle de bain est commune.
