Double Bedroom in Central London

Positive: Dobrá lokalita. V okolí výborná dostupnosť stravovacích jednotiek. MHD do centra kúsok a aj vlak na letisko. Negative: Slabé vybavenie kuchyne. Strašná zima na izbe. Okná boli akoby otvorené, nedali sa zavrieť. Boli veľmi staré.. Mrzli sme tam. Spali sme v bundách. Najhoršie ubytovanie.

Negative: I am writing to formally share feedback regarding our recent stay at your property. While we appreciate the convenient location, we were disappointed with several aspects of our experience which significantly affected our comfort. The room allocated to us was extremely small, making movement difficult and the stay less comfortable than expected. In addition, the positioning of the bed restricted proper access to the gate/door, creating inconvenience and raising concerns regarding practicality and ease of movement within the room. We were also concerned to find that the common kitchen tap was not functioning during our stay. This required us to wash utensils in the washroom, which is neither appropriate nor hygienic in a shared accommodation setting. Such maintenance issues should ideally be addressed promptly to ensure a basic standard of comfort for guests. Furthermore, an interaction with the cleaning staff was unpleasant. While cleaning other rooms, the tone used towards us regarding unwashed plates felt abrupt and discourteous, especially considering we had just finished eating. Guests should feel respected and comfortable throughout their stay, and professional communication is an essential part of hospitality. We are sharing this feedback with the expectation that these concerns will be reviewed seriously and corrective measures will be taken to improve the overall guest experience.

Positive: Buena ubicación. Negative: El ruido.

Péssimo Negative: Chegamos no sábado e a pia da cozinha estava inoperante, saímos no domingo e a pia continua estragada sem podermos usá-la. Não pude cozinhar nada, pois não havia local para que pudéssemos lavar a louça suja. O colchão estava com mal cheiro, cheiro de comida. A água só chuveiro só tinha quente, não conseguíamos misturar com a água frio pois a torneira fria estava quebrada, dessa forma pra tomar banho tinha que se molhar com as mãos, pois entrar de baixa da água quente era impossível que queimava a pele. O vidro do boxe do banheiro estava solto, eu que fui com meu filho criança achei um perigo acontecer acidente. O sugador de vapor do banheiro está há meses sem limpar, sujo, não implica em nada, porém por isso vemos a falta de limpeza do local. A geladeira nem estava fechando de tanto gelo acumulado, ficava aproximadamente 2 centímetros aberto pelo acúmulo de gelo. Espero com com esse relato, possam melhorar, pois eu mesmo que tenho muitos amigos, não indico ficar nessa estadia. O quarto tão pequeno que a porta não abria nem trinta por cento, a porta já batia na cama. A tomada adaptadora não funciona, estragada. Foi isso que pude analisar de ruim. De Bom só a água quente, que não pude usar por falta de água fria para que pudesse queixar norma.

Satisfied, Good Place. Suits the price. Positive: Near St Kings Cross and St Pancras station.. 12minutes walk. Convenient store available next door. The apartment has 3 rooms. We got room A3, next to kitchen. Easy for us to cook, and had a relax meal.. Toilet and others are good. Hot water was very good. Negative: Our room, situated just above the main road. Quite noisy at all times but, acceptable. If you want a peace and quiet sleep, this is quite the opposite. But if you can handle the noise, thenit would not matter. Room kinda small but suits the price. We easily packed our things outside our door. Kitchen area is big and comfartable.
