Quadruple Room in King's Cross

Worse Positive: Nothing Negative: I have requested for a refund since the first day and yet to be compensated. I had to book for another apartment on booking.com on the 3rd of August.

it is the responsibility of booking .com to ensure that there is no cheating with the customers but Positive: location was ok Negative: th eroom pictures shown in boking.com had all facility of kitchen and dining , so we booked as we were going with family and hence wanted kitchen and laundry facility , but to our surprise he gave us different room which was not shown in booking.com and he said that since you opted for quadruple room and hence there is no kitchen and laundry facility .

Worst Stay Ever – Unsafe and Unclean Positive: Worst accommodation ever booked with booking.com Negative: Our experience at this property was absolutely terrible. The room was extremely tiny and nothing like the photos shown online. The bathroom was filthy, with mold and grime that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. We were placed on the third floor with no elevator access. To make matters worse, the staircase was steep and poorly maintained. My son slipped and fell—he narrowly avoided a serious head injury. It was a terrifying experience and made us feel completely unsafe. This stay did not meet our expectations in any way. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
