Double Room in Central London

Poor Experience – Booked for 7 People, Split into Different Flats! Positive: The location was decent and close to key transport links, which is about the only positive thing I can say. Negative: We booked 3 rooms for a group of 7 people (including children), expecting to be accommodated in the same flat. Instead, we arrived to discover the rooms were spread across different flats — something we were never informed about during booking. To make matters worse, two of the rooms had exposed electrical wires sticking out of the walls, right next to the beds. This is a blatant health and safety risk, especially with kids involved. When we raised our concerns, the host was dismissive, offered no solution, and refused a refund. We were also made to share a kitchen with strangers and jump between flats just to stay together as a family. This stay was uncomfortable, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com, as this property should not be listed without proper safety checks and clear communication around room arrangements.

not great Positive: cheap Negative: hated that it was a shared bathroom should have been more advertised otherwise we would have gone elsewhere, other guests were very noisy very little privacy and the bed was quite uncomfortable

Awful lcan' believe you let this be on your website Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. We didn't even stay and had to pay to book another hotel. The place was filthy the towels were damp and left on the bed and the kettle was mouldy inside and ou and the bed linen was dirty

Solo para dormir Positive: Me gustó que estaba cerca de la estación st pancras y de ahí podía conectar a todos los lugares turísticos Negative: No me gustó la pava eléctrica que estaba más que sucia, cabellos de otra persona en las sábanas y que me quedé sin agua por un día en el baño

Negative: Zgomot din alte camere,pereti f subtiri,geamuri subtiri,cu zgomot de afara.
