Triste Positive: La ubicación Negative: Llena de bichos la cama y almohadas . Los matábamos y ensuciaban las sábanas . Pedí cambio de sábanas y aún sin respuesta . Dormimos sin sábanas y acolchado . Por suerte es verano !!!!!!!!

Traumatisch Positive: Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Negative: Es war sehr dreckig, das Bad war schimmelig und ich wurde in der ersten Nacht von Bettwanzen befallen. Ich bekam einen schrecklichen Ausschlag und musste in der Apotheke mehrere Medikamente holen, u.a. Kortisoncreme. Zwar bekamen wir die Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln, jedoch machte der Verantwortliche keine Anstalten das Problem zu lösen, bzw. die Matraze zu ersetzen damit die nächsten Gäste nicht das gleiche Problem haben werden. Anschliessend habe ich recherchiert und festgestellt, dass der Anbieter von den Bettwanzen bereits im März davon wusste (wie in öffentlichen Reviews zu sehen). Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiter.

On our first night, we discovered bedbugs on the bed. To make matters worse, the room was incredibly tiny and looked absolutely nothing like the misleading photos online. When we contacted the property manager to change rooms, we were told they were fully booked. Because the room was uninhabitable, we had to check out immediately and book another hotel out of pocket. Despite this, management flatly refused to refund our money. This place is a scam with deceptive listing photos, active pest issues, and terrible customer service. Save your health and money—stay somewhere else!
