Double Room in Central London

Poor Experience – Booked for 7 People, Split into Different Flats! Positive: The location was decent and close to key transport links, which is about the only positive thing I can say. Negative: We booked 3 rooms for a group of 7 people (including children), expecting to be accommodated in the same flat. Instead, we arrived to discover the rooms were spread across different flats — something we were never informed about during booking. To make matters worse, two of the rooms had exposed electrical wires sticking out of the walls, right next to the beds. This is a blatant health and safety risk, especially with kids involved. When we raised our concerns, the host was dismissive, offered no solution, and refused a refund. We were also made to share a kitchen with strangers and jump between flats just to stay together as a family. This stay was uncomfortable, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with Booking.com, as this property should not be listed without proper safety checks and clear communication around room arrangements.

Positive: Blisko do metra Negative: Pokój nie posiadał wszystkiego co najlepsze zdjęciach, nie było ani krzesła ani lodówki. Pościel śmierdziała stęchlizną i dostałyśmy mokre ręczniki!

Shabby not Chic Positive: It was very convenient for my work location in London. Easy to find and the access, codes and customer support was great. Negative: In the room, the window didn't close properly so it was noisy from the city noise and rattly. The rooms aren't very insulated so noise for adjoining rooms was high. The bathroom is shared and so quite dirty and no toilet paper. The light/ fan was left on throughout the night several times so very loud. I was woken at 4am by a hairdryer and again at 6am. So all in all a very basic, run down room and experience.

Drama !! Positive: Nothing Negative: the photos do not reflect reality at all, the owner does not care about the rooms at all, the bathroom is disgusting, if it were not for the fact that we arrived late I would have moved to a hotel immediately....drama.
