Master Bedroom in Central London

Disappointed Positive: The location was good . Kitchen facilities were good and clean Negative: No lock on the shared toilet door , door didn't close properly when I first arrived . I contacted them and they sent someone out on Saturday night at 10 pm , lock partially fixed but still did not lock . Shower head didn't fit into fixture and was continually dripping ...I also reported this , nothing happened.

It felt very unsafe and I refused to stay there. I rate it 0. Positive: Location to Kings Cross Negative: The building, apartment, the grounds and entrance to property. Council flat with 3 separate rooms, bathroom and kitchen shared. Balcony dirty with items left outside including beddings.

It was a nightmare! Positive: It was traumatised. The flat is located in a very dodgy area. It was really hard to find it and entered into a property. It was other people there. I didn’t even get a towel and when I contacted to the owner, he said I came take it from tumble dryer which was still on. Kitchen was dirty, it was a cable connection worktop socket and washing machine which is not good from the safe and healthy reason. People were coming and leaving all night long, I was scared someone would get in to my room, I couldn’t sleep all night long. The first thing on the morning I booked another acomodation which cost me a lot. I would like to get my money back. It was first situation like that since I’ve been using booking.com
