Adequate for the location. Positive: Close to Great Ormond Street and inexpensive. Negative: I was bombarded with emails before checking in that were pointless, not necessary, and annoying. Security is worrying as the front door code was the same as my room. There was a police presence due to an incident at a neighbouring business that didn't help me feel safe.

Negative: the rooms are SOOO loud! you can hear every single car that drives by and honks, the neighbouring rooms are also super loud - you can hear every creak and footstep above and the rooms next to you. Also shared bathrooms (only 2 for the entire 8? rooms) and the top bathroom doesn't lock! Also no kitchen if you were wondering. also outside is a little scary
