I didn’t stay due to the safety concerns and asked for a refund, no response from property, so customer service is also
Positive: Nothing, could not stay there, it was a filthy room in the middle of a construction site - unsafe
Negative: The property is not as described and in addition is an active construction site. There were piles of rubbish in the hallway making it dangerous to walk in the area. The room itself was filthy and not habitable.
