Private Double Room in King's Cross

Close to kingscross but Bedbugs. Positive: Close to kings cross station. Management were polite. Negative: This bed has bed bugs. Needs to be sprayed. And I've stayed in hundreds of places so i know.

i wouldnt come again, this thing needs to be build up from the start, the only good thing was the place it was located t Positive: only the location Negative: almost everything, the room was dirty, i thought we would have a toilet inside our room but no, it was used by everyone, it was very hard to understand how to go in and i find it ridiculous that there was no reception or a person i could refer to, from 8am workers were fixing stuff and it was an unbearable noise so early in the morning

Positive: The location Negative: There was no kitchen, not even any knives and forks and no warning about this. It was also pest control plugs in use which was rather worrying. Also, I made a written complaint about a group of people staying in this flat who are arguing so strongly I actually thought the police Were going to be called. It was really quite stressful and worrying. I’ve since had no reply whatsoever to my complaint.
