very bad experience Positive: convenient location Negative: The photos on Booking are very flattering compared to what we experienced. The flat is dilapidated and overall dirty. There are holes in the ceiling, scotchtape in the bathroom, mould in the shower, the fire alarm is broken. It doesn't smell good especially in bedroom 1, the pillows, cushions and blankets all need a very thorough clean. The bed linens hadn't been changed when we arrived and we were so disgusted that nobody slept in the flat on the first night. Then, after they changed the linen and cleaned on our request, only 4 people out of 7 slept in there as the smell in bedroom 1 was very bad. The host refuses to give us a partial refund.

Buyer Beware Positive: Location and the host was very responsive Negative: No kitchen. No laundry. Nothing elevators. Mouldy shower. Not really an “apartment “ Didn’t get what I thought I paid for!

Positive: The host was able to provide early check in for us, which was great. It's very cheap, and you get what you pay for I guess. Negative: This place was very unclean. Black mold in the showers, very run down and bare bones. We rented the "entire unit" however it was 3 seperate bedrooms that all shared a bathroom. It was much smaller than expected. The cleaning room was also located in the shared hallway and we had the cleaners coming in and out of our hallway outside our bedrooms even though we rented the "entire place." The cleaners also showed up an hour before check out and wanted us to leave. They were very loud while our baby was sleeping.

Vies en oud, geen aanrader. Positive: De locatie is goed, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Negative: Vies, oud, afgeragt. Slechte matrassen. Brandmelder kapot.

Bon rapport qualité / prix. Les quelques défauts sont compensés par l'excellente localisation. Positive: Très bon emplacement. Etat propre. Negative: Salle de bain non séparée des wc. Installations de plomberie et d'électricité perfectibles.
