Terrible ‘apartment’ if you can call it that Positive: Location was good for Eurostar Negative: I didn’t like anything other than location It smelled damp there was a hole in ceiling no fire alarm beds were horrific the single bed was like sleeping on a tilt table double beds leaned and you rolled towards the wall bedding felt damp was very noisy floor was dirty and made socks unclean windows didn’t close properly curtains not adequate for windows barely covered them not suitable for young children utterly horrible experience

Check reviews before booking. Negative: I was extremely disappointed with this apartment. From the moment we entered, the smell was unpleasant and it was clear that the place had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The mattresses were stained, the ceilings were peeling, and several doors were damaged. To make matters worse, we even found a kettle with stagnant water and mold inside. We had booked for 3 nights and checked in late at night. The next morning, after contacting the owner, we asked to cancel the rest of our stay, but he refused. We felt deceived and trapped in a place that does not meet even the most basic hygiene standards. Considering the price of nearly 300 euros per night, the value for money is completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Für uns war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passend. Wir würden durchaus wieder buchen (vermutlich aber die untere Wohnun Positive: Jemand hatte sich Mühe gegeben, alles schön herzurichten. Sogar Blumen standen in den Zimmern. Die Lage war für uns perfekt da wir zu Fuß vom Bahnhof dort hin kommen konnten. Es gibt alles was man an Lebensmitteln benötigt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für unsere Familie mit zwei Teenagern war es super, drei Zimmer zu haben. In einem Zimmer steht ein Kühlschrank, in jedem Zimmer gibt es Tassen und Wasserkocher. Müll den wir vor die Zimmertüre stellten wurde täglich geleert. Negative: Die Wohnung hat keine Küche, was man erst auf den zweiten oder dritten Blick in der Ausschreibung erkennen kann. Das Bad ist sehr positiv fotografiert: es ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Fenster entsprechen in der Dämmung nicht deutschem Standart. Dadurch bekommt alles mit was auf der Straße passiert. In der Wohnung über uns wurde am Wochenende die Nacht zum Tag gemacht und fast die ganze Nacht mit vermutlich zusätzlichen Personen gefeiert.

very bad experience Positive: convenient location Negative: The photos on Booking are very flattering compared to what we experienced. The flat is dilapidated and overall dirty. There are holes in the ceiling, scotchtape in the bathroom, mould in the shower, the fire alarm is broken. It doesn't smell good especially in bedroom 1, the pillows, cushions and blankets all need a very thorough clean. The bed linens hadn't been changed when we arrived and we were so disgusted that nobody slept in the flat on the first night. Then, after they changed the linen and cleaned on our request, only 4 people out of 7 slept in there as the smell in bedroom 1 was very bad. The host refuses to give us a partial refund.

Buyer Beware Positive: Location and the host was very responsive Negative: No kitchen. No laundry. Nothing elevators. Mouldy shower. Not really an “apartment “ Didn’t get what I thought I paid for!
