Ne pas réserver Positive: L’emplacement très bien. Negative: Nous devions avoir la maison, au lieu de cela, nous avons reçu un mail la veille pour nous dire que la maison était en maintenance. Nous avons fini dans un immeuble insalubre avec 4 chambres et salle de bain commune avec un inconnue. C’était très mal entretenu, moisissure, trous dans les murs, aucune isolation des fenêtres donc on entend le moindre bruit dans la rue. Le même code pour toute les chambres … on hésitait à laisser nos affaires ! Les chambres sentaient très mauvais.

Even though there was lots of faults it was great for what we wanted it for as a one night stay. Positive: The host was fabulous and very accommodating. The location was great- a bit of a walk from the tube but ok for us. The price was great for what we wanted. Negative: There was no where to sit in the kitchen as advertised so nowhere really to congregate as a group. There was no cooking trays or wine glasses. The kitchen cupboards were in a really bad state. There was graffiti on the headboard of one of the beds. The showers were terrible with very little flow in one and the other like a tap.

Mejorable, por lo que entiendo el precio. Positive: La relación calidad-precio no está mal viendo los precios de la zona Negative: Por las ventanas del piso superior entra muchísimo frío. Uno de los cuartos no tiene calefacción, por lo que no se puede usar. El mobiliario es muy muy antiguo y estropeado.

Very poor facilities but location good can be advertised as is so that guests don't get disappointed Positive: Location was the only good aspect. Unfortunately rooms aa shown in booking totally different from reality. House was full of dust and it was also an old one not properly maintained at all. Two baths with one in a tub and shower not working, very small also. We were 3 families with children and it was very difficult to manage with kids and such poor facilities. Negative: Falsely advertised. Should mention house age, old beds and furniture. Basic facilities provided and untidy and dusty. The yard from entrance better nott mention .....
