Single Room with Kitchenette in King's Cross

Positive: Nothing only location was good Negative: Crack heads all outside the place no curtains room full of bedbugs, construction workers staring through Ur window measuring up shit as well as cleaning lady coming in Ur room to use the washing machine and tumble dryer. Ruined my holiday and I am still waiting for the bite marks to go away. Won't reply to my message or calls either.

Positive: smell every where Negative: bad place

Positive: Location is okay - close to the railway station. Negative: Bed bugs in the room (see the pictures); staff not replying (despite promising to keep in touch). After waking up in the first morning I noticed a bed bug on my bed. I contacted the property manager who offered me a 15% refund due to this unpleasant situation. However, despite constant questions I was asking, the property manager started ignoring them at some point and just stopped replying, so I had to contact Booking.com in this regard. I am extremely disappointed both with the flat conditions and presence of the bed bugs, as well as with the approach of the staff...

Emplacement intéressant mais potentiel gâché par de nombreux détails simpmement essentiels Positive: Le prix de la location est très intéressant pour l'emplacement très central de la chambre. La chambre a parfaitement le potentiel de satisfaire tous les besoins d'un séjour seul, en si limitant au minimum (normal vu le prix). Si seulement la gestion de la chambre était à la hauteur ... Negative: Le propriétaire ne fait rien pour que le séjour soit confortable. Je n'ai pas été prévenu que l'immeuble serait en chantier avec du bruit du matin jusqu'au soir. J'ai noté la présence de panneaux alarmant sur la présence de seringues dans la résidence, pas très rassurant ... Il n'y a pas de rideaux (on voit toute la chambre du couloir extérieur) et pas de torchons. Je n'ai pas pu avoir accès pendant tout mon séjour d'une semaine au wifi et au frigidaire pourtant prévus. Les codes d'accès ne sont pas changés. Innacceptable : quelqu'un est rentré dans ma chambre en mon absence et a laissé du linge mouillé plusieurs jours. Le propriétaire ignore mes messages sur la messagerie Booking et sur WhatsApp (alors qu'ils apparaissent dans l'historique de la conversation).

Absolutely a health hazard! Positive: It's very basic accomodation. Negative: Booking.com failed to mention all the buildings are currently under construction or repairs. There is scaffolding on every building in front of every room. Builders are outside working daily. Dust and debris on every floor. I got sick staying their with a lung infection. Booking.com gave no warnings about this or any health hazard warning. Do not recommend.
