Grubby
Positive: Great location, easy reach for Kings Cross St Pancreas tube station and Euston station.
Negative: No living room area in the property. No where to sit if not on a bed.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. 2 of the mattresses were like rocks, the other you could feel all the springs.
Bathroom, not especially clean, with cracked mirrors and leaky shower. Basin tap wobbly. Toilet pedestal matts were e not clean.
Kitchen, yuk.
Wall paper peeling from the hallway ceiling.
Whole place was just a bit grubby and in need of a clean and updating.
